Train with elders
For all constellation facilitators, it is essential to continue learning throughout their lives, particularly by observing the work of others who are more experienced or come from a different culture or school of thought.
Stella Iter Formation is committed to facilitating these exchanges by offering at least one advanced training course per year with a facilitator recognized by the international community, with translation into French provided.
The hope is that these meetings will lead to the creation of a community of French facilitators, as exists in other countries, and bring new exchanges between French facilitators and the international community. If you are an established facilitator or a person in training, you are warmly invited to join us at these international meetings.

Speaker in 2026: Judith Hemming
In 2026, I am fortunate to welcome Judith Hemming to Poitiers for three days of training and practice for people trained in and practicing systemic constellation facilitation.
Judith trained in constellation work with its founder, Bert Hellinger, and others in the early 1990s. Since then, she has become a leading expert in systemic approaches and enjoys an international reputation as an expert in the field. With over 40 years of experience, Judith Hemming has shaped the field of systemic constellations, trained generations of practitioners, and influenced therapy, education, and organizations around the world.

Judith is the founder of MovingConstellations and former director of the nowherefoundation. She is one of the UK's leading practitioners and trainers in constellations and has an excellent international reputation as an expert in systemic approaches.
A UKCP-registered Gestalt practitioner and couples therapist for over 25 years, Judith has trained generations of therapists in the Gestalt model. In 1991, she trained in constellation work with its founder, Bert Hellinger, among others, and is now a leading figure in this global community of practitioners and teachers. Her previous experience as an English teacher and lecturer in educational studies at the Institute of Education has enabled her to be at the forefront of constellation education worldwide.
For over twenty years, Judith has been an innovator in this approach, developing work with individuals, couples, organizations, educational sectors, and communities. Her work has covered a wide range of issues, from individuals to governments. She is a coach, consultant, and leads workshops and training programs in the UK, Europe, the US, and Japan.
A founding member and teacher at the Centre for the Study of Intimate & Social Systems, now The Centre for Systemic Constellation, she has played a leading role in research into the application of systemic solutions in the corporate world, as well as in management and learning processes in schools. She led the development of the constellation process for “in-tact teams” as a coaching process for executives and to support the development of learning cultures.
A pioneer of innovation, Judith is dedicated to introducing systemic approaches into family, educational, organizational, and social systems in the broadest sense.

These three days of training will focus on the theme:
Couples and intimacy in constellations.
It is a universal truth, not subject to fashion, that intimacy is the state we can experience with another when we feel unguardedly open and safe. It’s not the only state we need to live our lives, but it’s life giving, profoundly longed for and not easy to take care of.
And exchange is the material it is made from.
During these days Judith will guide participants in strengthening their ability to enjoy and support intimacy in couple relationships. A mixture of exploring what gets in the way, what strengthens, and what surrounds this vital topic. There will be input, exercises and demonstrations.
French translation will be provided throughout the course.

Prices and terms
The cost of the training is
300€ net of tax, or 100€/day
A non-refundable deposit of 50€ will be required to confirm your registration. The balance must be paid on Sunday, March 29, at the end of the training (Paypal or cash).
A professional training contract (Articles 6353-3 to 7 of the French Labor Code) will be sent to you and must be returned signed before the start of the training.
VAT not applicable under Article 261-4-4 of the French General Tax Code
You will be responsible for securing your accommodations and travel.
Poitiers is perfectly situated if you want to take advantage of this workshop to do some sightseeing : you can get to the Loire and its castle in less than 2h by car.
